Fiona Campbell first discovered yoga in 2007, and a year later began practicing with Caroline Owen at Wavelengths Yoga Studio & School in Norwood, Ont.

While the physical practice (or asanas) first brought Fiona to yoga, it was discovering the holistic connection between the body, breath and mind, and the powerful healing potential of yoga that inspired her to complete her 225-hour teacher training in 2012.

She began teaching in September 2012 and enjoys helping students transform themselves through dynamic flow, breath work and meditation. She especially loves sharing yoga with children and teens as they discover and nurture a positive and loving relationship with their bodies and spirits.
